Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership and Affiliates Manager to join our esteemed company. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships and affiliations to enhance our exclusive offerings and drive business growth. Your role will encompass identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with high-end brands, luxury service providers, and potential affiliates, all while upholding our commitment to excellence and luxury.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and affiliate strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Identify and initiate contact with potential partners and affiliates in the luxury industry, including hotels, travel agencies, fine dining establishments, entertainment venues, and more.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that create mutual benefits and support our clients' bespoke experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings into our concierge services.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring continued satisfaction and collaboration.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnerships and affiliations.
- Track and analyse partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at luxury industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our concierge services and enhancing our reputation within the luxury market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong network of contacts within the luxury industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unparalleled luxury experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, events, and industry functions.
- Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
