We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and tenacious person who has the ability to work with Corporate HR and Wellness teams.
The Client Servicing Manager will have a clear understanding of the product suite and will support the post-sales customer lifecycle, being primarily responsible for:
- Understanding the client's requirements and objectives and help them achieve that.
- Adoption of GetActive's programs by corporate employees post-launch - leading to a continuous increase in value.
- Relationship building and fostering leading to 100% renewals and potential for new business.
Further, the key account manager will be the closest to ground helping identify potential issues in the program/ accounts and working with the CXO's to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
Primary requirements:
- 2+ years in handling an enterprise environment with experience in client servicing, account relationship and growth management of large strategic clients.
- Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity with a sense of speed and urgency.
- Possesses a strong management presence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
