We are looking for a proven leader who can lead the HR function for GEP's India Operations. This involves setting the strategy and driving the execution for all people matters including hiring world-class talent and making GEP one of the best places to work in India.
We are looking for much more than academic knowledge. Genuine passion for people, ability to influence business strategy and ability to execute with high speed are some of the key traits. You will lead (and build) a high performing team of HR Directors, Recruiters and HR Business Partners to build the function to support the next level of growth. Talent acquisition, retention strategies, leadership hiring, learning and development, compensation and benefits, Campus programs, Policy management, HR Analytics are just some of the sub-functions. We are looking for candidates with strong business understanding in addition to HR. Ideally, candidates who have seen rapid ramp up phases and bring a good combination of small and large company experience. Cultural fit will be a key criteria in assessing the right candidate.

We are focused on Procurement and Supply Chain but our business is complex with Consulting, Software and Outsourcing business lines.
