Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team in drafting responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) and RFIs related to procurement consulting and outsourcing solutions.
- Opportunity assessment and business case development
- Work on solution design and pricing.
- Draft proposal strategy, proposal writing and create sales presentations
- Assist sales and delivery team in creating high quality presentations and marketing collaterals.
- Work on knowledge management initiatives by creating consulting toolkits and other documents in Powerpoint.
- Collaborate with global sales, consulting and technology teams as required.
Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand business problems, analyze large datasets and articulate appropriate solutions.
- Very good MS Office skills - Word and Powerpoint - quality and speed (must have).
- Creative thinking and ability to comprehend abstract information.
- Very good communication skills for collaborating with senior personnel and formulating RFP responses/solution documents etc.
- Keen interest in business writing, collateral building, sales and marketing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience in presales activities for a consulting, outsourcing or technology firm. Candidates with lesser experience but very good academic record and relevant skills can also apply.
- Preferably an MBA from a good business school or more experience in Marketing/Presales.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Consulting or Procurement is highly preferred.
