Responsibilities:
Work with the sales team in drafting responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) and RFIs related to procurement consulting and outsourcing solutions.
Opportunity assessment and business case development
Work on solution design and pricing.
Draft proposal strategy, proposal writing and create sales presentations
Assist sales and delivery team in creating high quality presentations and marketing collaterals.
Work on knowledge management initiatives by creating consulting toolkits and other documents in Powerpoint.
Collaborate with global sales, consulting and technology teams as required.
Skills:
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to quickly understand business problems, analyze large datasets and articulate appropriate solutions.
Very good MS Office skills - Word and Powerpoint - quality and speed (must have).
Creative thinking and ability to comprehend abstract information.
Very good communication skills for collaborating with senior personnel and formulating RFP responses/solution documents etc.
Keen interest in business writing, collateral building, sales and marketing
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Desired Profile:
Minimum 2 years experience in presales activities for a consulting, outsourcing or technology firm. Candidates with lesser experience but very good academic record and relevant skills can also apply.
Preferably an MBA from a good business school or more experience in Marketing/Presales.
Experience in Supply Chain, Consulting or Procurement is highly preferred.
Note: Candidates will be evaluated through tests on creating documents/presentations etc. during the interview process.
