- Team management - should have managed large teams and 12 plus clients

- Track and deliver multiple projects at a time.

- Identify scope creeps and change requests

- Define and improve processes for delivering spend analysis solution effectively and efficiently

- Get high customer satisfaction on all projects (min 8 on a scale of 10)

- Enable SOW sign-off with customers

- Get sign-off on all deliverables to customers

- Requirements gathering, project status updates, corrective and preventive action plans

- Manage programs created for moving towards "Numero Uno!"

- Train new PLs in project management skills
