We are seeking a Manager/Sr.Manager for our Technology Services team to maintain and grow relationships with large customers & be responsible for managing implementations and service offerings for client accounts. You are expected to retain existing business and client satisfaction while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts. A key requirement for this role is to understand clients- business requirements and ensure that the products/service are provided to the client meeting or exceeding the expectations.
The Manager /Sr.Manager, Technology Services, will be responsible for supporting the firm's complete product and service offerings. The right candidate will have excellent client relationship skills and a strong technology background in procurement. Candidate should also have previous successful leadership experience in managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage loyal relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct solution development and proposal delivery for selected clients
- Form strategic account plans including areas for improvement, opportunities and action items
- Genuinely care about client challenges and successes and able to demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills to help client overcome challenges
- Develops customer account plans for customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
- Identify opportunities for client to increase usage of the current product as well expand to new products offered by GEP
- Proactively manage customers- satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
- Understand client business requirements, propose and negotiate a technical solution and deliver solutions
Salary offered: 18-25LPA
