- Responsible for the development and management of a global operations function for client with a focus on S2P services management, solution implementation & metrics reporting
- Identify opportunities and Market new services to the client and handle large teams
- Manages team attrition and motivates team to exceed SLAs
- Participation in cross-functional projects/programs
- Owns client satisfaction surveys for the engagement
- Ability to manage process mapping and solution design during the transition phases
- Assist in pre-sales and business development
- Contribute significantly in firm building activities
- Manage global team for service delivery
- Partner closely with key stakeholder team to understand critical business needs, trends and strategies
- Coaching and mentoring for building leadership pipeline
Required Competencies:
- Strong strategic relationship & change management skill
- In depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required
- Knowledge of P2P end user functionality
- S2P Program Management experience
- Transition Management Skill
- Procurement and supply chain background is mandatory
