Associate Director Marketing Automation (Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities :
- You'll optimize current system workflows as well as identify and launch new technology for our marketing and sales teams
- You'll become an expert on all the technology and business logic used within our entire MarTech stack and build a 24/7 technology centre of excellence for the
- Support Team as we expand internationally and offer new products and services
- You'll work across many functions including outside sales, SDR team, operations, content, and demand generation to drive improved use of technology that will enable increase user experience and success
- Become the technology and business process logic expert across all tools and applications
-You will be responsible to set and execute technical operational strategy and roadmap to support channel, product, and international expansion
- Manage all the business process logic within SFDC
- Coordinate seamless operational execution of contact centre technical capabilities
- Research and evaluate new technology that can drive improvements in sales and prospect engagement
- Manage all reports and dashboard needs of internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and scaling, by configuring marketing technology and sales tools and optimizing workflows
- Develop specific systems processes, architect solutions, and influence automation efforts to enable capabilities to optimize workforce solutions to achieve optimal internal stakeholder experience
- Strategy development and implementation of marketing efforts to improve business
- Change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts
- Potentially overseeing training of marketing software and user adoption
- Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise
- Oversee data security and product enhancement
- Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors
- Optimizing technology investments
- Overseeing marketing intelligence and providing actionable insight to clients or internal stakeholder
- Integrating our MarTech stack for increased client engagement and more successful prospecting outcomes
- Overseeing and managing our database build and segmentation strategy
