Urgent opening for Advisor (Oil & Gas)

Requirements :

1. 4-6 years of work of hands-on research experience, with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver quality output customized to client requirements.

2. MUST exhibit a strong understanding in Oil and Gas industry (upstream)

3. Experience/Education in Oil &Gas industry is mandatory - i.e. exploration and production / drilling / upstream market

4. Thorough Understanding of the oil and gas value chain. (The production process and other generic technical details of the upstream processes)

5. Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain domain would be a big plus

6. Team management skills - experience in managing teams & project delivery

7. Good to have - Experience in Supply Market Intelligence

8. Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

1. This is an instrumental position to be part of the growing market intelligence practice and will require you to manage projects that are important for our client's procurement organization and their overall functional success across core categories/spend area of Oil & Gas industry (highlighted in point #2 under key responsibilities)

2. Work with client's procurement stakeholders to understand their key data/insight requirements and design MI frameworks to address those requirements. Manage the projects and guide its delivery internally.

3. Proactively deliver thought-provoking blogs/articles/whitepapers and other collateral to project GEP as one of the thought leaders in industry (Oil and Gas)

4. Manage and groom team of analysts
