Marketing Lead for Product Start UP

Role :

- Own the Marketing (Online and Offline).

- Brand positioning across all the major digital marketing platform

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Should be able to segregate the Marketing Budget into different channels depending on the ROI and goals to be achieved.

- Shall provide the Marketing support to inside sales, field sales and Customer Support to help acquisition and retention of the customers

- Managing the production of promotional sales material.

- Managing redesign and content management for company's website.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages.

- Responsible for managing and updating marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, and ads with input from Product, Sales and Project teams, working closely with the Developers and Creative teams.

- Formulating effective online e-mail campaigns and e-newsletters.

- Managing and editing case studies and testimonials to publish on company's website.

Required :

- Willing and passionate to work in a startup environment is Must

- A person who loves new challenges and always thinks of innovating the ways of doing things.

- Candidate must be metrics oriented, knowledgeable of vendors and products relevant to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media

- Proven capability of driving large scale customer acquisition

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

- Take strong ownership for assigned tasks and independently take them to closure.

- Meticulous planning and execution with attention to detail.

- A love for numbers and data. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
