- Create and implement a structured marketing and sales strategy.

- Support the sale steam with the powerful sales pitch, presentations, proposals & positioning.
- Set up strong customer engagement programs that lead to deeper customer satisfaction, strengthening of customer ties and effective farming of customer referrals.
- Salesforce development - hiring, training managing & motivating.
- Use ATL / BTL / SMM to create powerful brand awareness with the target customer segment.
- Set up strong lead generation engine.
