Position : Geography Head - Recovery

Product : Mortgage

CTC : Upto 20 LPA

Location : Jaipur

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for upholding the Piramal brand by achieving collection targets of the assigned region, managing delinquent customers for collections of legitimate dues, and managing various channels / partners used for debt servicing in the region.

- Formulate strategy for collection and recovery in assigned DPD buckets, and conduct periodic reviews with the collection executives/managers for performance improvement

- Analyse & provide early warning indicators to Credit & FCU, based on collection feedback & delinquency performance

- Work on initiatives that can enhance efficiency and automation of collection processes for better effectiveness

- Collaborate with Credit team to provide customer profile feedback observed for delinquent cases

- Escalate relevant cases for HO to take action on initiating auction or write off depending on applicability

- Track and analyse reports and MIS, review and implement performance sheets and provide feedback for course correction

- Implement & improve collection processes such as payment reconciliation & statutory compliance

- Stay up to-date with the emerging trends in the industry and peers for improvising the collections strategy

- Support enforcement agency empanelment (for SARFAESI execution) & performance monitoring

- Assist in Legal collection strategy for collection performance improvement

- Coordinate with law firms, initiate legal actions against NPA accounts, re possession and sale of property

- Review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to agencies/ in house team

- Coordinate with legal team to ensure legal action is taken on specified case

- Ensures that all written correspondence complies with policies in terms of verbiage and frequency of contact

- Ensure that the team follows all the guidelines and processes set by the organisation

- Model and foster behaviours that support the organization's values and culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to organization

- Set productivity targets & monitor performance of the Area Collection Managers, agencies of the mapped region
