Geography Head- Recovery

- 10-15 years of relevant work experience working in recovery in a large scale HFC/NBFC

- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in HFC/NBFC

- 5-8 years of managing agencies

- Experience of interacting with customers and cross functional teams

- PCHFL as a commitment to serve the lending needs of consumers of "Bharat" is hiring Geography Head - Recovery for its retail business. Incumbent will be responsible for developing Recovery - strategy for their region, and achieving Recovery targets through agencies and managing delinquencies across buckets Recovery Cluster Manager - Recovery

- Responsible for upholding the Piramal brand by achieving Recovery targets of the assigned region, managing delinquent customers for Recovery of legitimate dues, and managing various channels / partners used for debt servicing in the region.

- Formulate strategy for Recovery and recovery in assigned DPD buckets, and conduct periodic reviews with the Recovery executives/managers for performance improvemen

- Analyse & provide early warning indicators to Credit & FCU, based on Recovery feedback & delinquency performance

- Work on initiatives that can enhance efficiency and automation of Recovery processes for better effectiveness

- Collaborate with Credit team to provide customer profile feedback observed for delinquent cases

- Escalate relevant cases for HO to take action on initiating auction or write off depending on applicability 3A/3B Internal Use
