We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Leader to head our pre-sales function across healthcare, retail, and technology practices. You will lead a team of pre-sales solution architects to drive new business growth through technical sales support activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pre-sales strategy for targeted growth in healthcare, retail and technology verticals
- Lead a team of pre-sales architects to craft solutions and technically validate proposals
- Conduct discovery calls and workshops to uncover client requirements and challenges
- Craft compelling solution summaries, estimates, and value propositions for proposals
- Drive proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate proposed solutions
- Equip sales teams with adequate technical collateral, demos, and product know-how
- Collaborate with delivery teams to provide estimates and transition plans
- Maintain updated knowledge of offerings across digital engineering, data/AI, cloud, and experience platforms
- Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and participation in industry forums
- Monitor competitor solutions and differentiate our offerings during pursuits
- Maintain strong relationship with partners and leverage partner solutions for deals
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales solutioning and technical sales
- Experience engaging with CxO stakeholders and conducting discovery workshops
- Strong presentation, communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to think creatively and design innovative solutions
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of technology across our focus areas
- Healthcare or retail domain experience is a plus
