The incumbent would have the following responsibilities:  - Coordinating with various stake holders for conducting / scheduling of interviews   - Completion of documentation and reference check of candidates   - Maintaining and updating of Recruitment Trackers  - Employee Database Management  - Attendance & Leave Management   - Pay Roll Processing (taking inputs every month for salary processing)  Desired Profile:   - At least 1- 3 years of experience of Employee Relations, Grievance Management, Leave & Attendance Management and Payroll processing  - Good communication skills (both written and verbal)  - Computer Literacy : Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) is preferred  - The ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization.   - Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines  Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
