Genpact - VP - Banking & Financial Services Strategy - Blueprint Program

Job Description

The Blueprint Program Manager would manage the strategy execution for BFS vertical at Genpact reporting to the Blueprint Program Leader.

- Mentor/ guide the strategy for the chosen business to ensure capability build/ enhancement as per the strategy

- Provide thought leadership and be involved in cutting edge thinking in some of the fastest growing verticals, developing new offerings and driving G growth

- Understand the market place and the competitor

- Offering in our chosen areas and the strategic implications for Genpact current offering in that area

- Work closely with the business leader, practice team and operating team to refine the strategy and identify new offerings basis changing trends

- Embedding digital and analytics to enhance our current capabilities

- Build, run and manage the governance around investment utilization and ROI

Required

- Consulting or business background, strong analytical skills

- 10 to 12 years experience,

- Experience in BFS ( retail or commercial), preferred someone who has experience across both

- Flexible and should be fine with traveling, though not extensive

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level

- Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders

- Ability to assimilate learning from different external and internal interactions to then drive to action

- Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

- Strategic consulting expertise or practice at a large consulting firm

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

- MBA from Ivy league or equivalent premier school
