Come, be a part of our exciting journey! - Inviting candidates for the role : Data Quality Manager as part of the MDM Practice team Responsibilities/Desired Background /Qualifications : - Genpact is seeking a MDM SME to join its Master Data Management Practice. This Practice was established as a distinct capability to provide value-added Master Data Management Advisory services for Genpact's clients. - The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and bring both the practical experience of implementing solutions in Master Data Quality and the flair for developing new ideas. The placed candidate will be aligned as Data Quality Lead and will support the delivery of Data Quality projects. - Strong knowledge of Data quality services available in market for multiple master data domains like Vendor, Customer, Product/Material. The candidate must have experience in delivering data quality engagements across clients and must have hands on experience on leading data quality tools. Primary Responsibilities : - Extensive experience in data profiling, data quality analysis, and data cleansing in large scale MDM and data warehouse deployments - Good understanding of Data Quality as a Service - Experience in data quality tools such as SAP IS, Talend, Ataccama, Informatica etc. with hands on experience in rule development, data extraction and data quality reporting - Experience in exporting importing files from data sources such as ERP, CRM etc. - Own the data quality solution - Ability to partner with leading tool providers and 3rd party enrichment services - Mentor the team for delivering data quality solution - Define, develop, manage & sustain a Data Quality Management framework including Tools and processes for data quality monitoring and cleansing - Define standards for KPIs definition and measurement - Candidate would be required to - Effectively communicate data quality insights and drive projects to improve data quality - Provide trending reports on the data quality - Validate data flows, loaded data using complex ETL data jobs that includes validation on data completeness, and data accuracy - Align & coordinate data quality strategy with heterogeneous expectations from distributed stakeholders - Create a repository of best practices, KPIs and all known data quality issue and its impact on downstream processes - Support data owners and consumers to reach their Data Quality targets through metric tracking Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree required / Master's or MBA preferred - Responsible for detailed analysis of issues where the best course of action is not evident from the information available, but actions must be recommended/ taken - Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence - Experience in a shared services people processes (MDM or Data Quality) - Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team - Demonstrate ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment - Demonstrate ability in Strategic Agility, Problem Solving, Priority Setting and Planning, and Delegation - Excellent communication and presentation skills with consulting experience - Brings in clear understanding on how Master Data can impact various business processes of any company i.e. Linkage of Master Data to various Business Processes - Strong business acumen and understanding of business issues across multiple sectors - Education and training related to business processes improvement and its desired business outcomes
