Inviting applications for the role of SENIOR MANAGER, F&A Analytics In this role you will be at the cutting edge of the transformation of finance and accounting. Were looking for an individual who is passionate about data, analytics, and the potential insights that they can yield. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on creating and managing analytical offerings, including machine learning interventions, across F&A processes for the prioritized industries. He will be responsible for shaping each offering, working closely with the respective horizontal practice teams and create differentiated go-to market strategy for them. Responsibilities As a Finance Analytics Leader, your responsibilities include - Own the solution design for all industry verticals - Create and liaison with partner organizations and other Genpact teams to shape the offerings and increase speed to market as needed. - Commercialize the offerings by partnering with solution architects/ client partners teams. - Work with internal teams to build the solution proposal - Front end along with BD/Sales and contribute to deal conversion - Be aware of market trends/changes/competitive landscape - Able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment, panning different time zones Qualifications Minimum qualifications - End to End F&amp;A domain experience, with exposure in at least one of the F&amp;A functional towers (RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&amp;A), - Analytical Skills Researching and analysing the right data to make product decisions with profit and feasibility in mind - Conceptualize and create end to end view of offerings / solutions in all towers of F&amp;A by using latest digital technologies / AI / ML. - Agile in responding to changing demands, Consultative selling skills and Story-telling ability to win new relationships/opportunities a.Strong communication skills demonstrated ability to sell/convey value in a compelling manner to prospects ranging from front line managers to CFO b.Experience leading sales proposals/cycles (RFIs, RFPs, Orals, Due Diligence, Contracting) - Excellent Communication and stakeholder management - Good project management and interpersonal skills a.Organization skills are critically important b.Must be someone who has willingness and demonstrated ability to get into details and not manage too high level - Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders - The incumbent should be a very hands-on person with a positive attitude. - Awareness of latest digital technologies / trends. - Understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning to embed in solutions / offerings. Preferred qualifications - Experience applying analytical techniques in finance &amp; accounting - Exposure to Financial Planning &amp; Analysis - Proficiency in any BI Tool like Power BI, Tableau etc - Good understanding of data and analytics technologies and cloud - Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques - Experience in SCRUM or other Agile methodologies
