Job Responsibility:
- Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed relationship from C&B, Staffing, Training and HRSS
- Ability to operate independently & ensure Associate satisfaction & development of the direct reports
- Create and deploy the Genpact Performance Management, Reward and Recognition practices
- Training and mentoring and leading HR initiatives and Best Practices.
- Direct interaction with the customer and Client Management skills
