Genpact - Manager - SOC Operations & Compliance Organisation Structure

Vulnerability Management & end point compliance role will develop discovery reports, investigation of business impact, resolution, and verification of security vulnerabilities, patches & end point compliance. This position will perform deep dive analysis into antivirus defects failed patch deployments & end point controls, impact analysis of implementing remediation measures on information technology and business systems and applications. It will possess strong communication skills, as well as a subject matter expertise. Additional responsibilities may be asked as deemed necessary.

Essential Functions - (IT + Compliance + Audit background)

- Collaborate with Information Technology, system and application owners on maintenance and continual improvement of reducing vulnerabilities & defects on end points.

- Accountable for the vulnerability and patch management execution within assigned responsibilities

- Maintain dashboards and collect metrics and reports on vulnerability findings, remediation compliance, and key risk indicators

- Facilitate proactive remediation of new vulnerabilities by collaboration with cyber security, infrastructure, and endpoint teams

- Work closely with both business oriented executives and as well as technology oriented personnel to ensure adequate processes are in place and actions are being taken to mitigate identified risks proactively

- Provide technical support through in-depth analysis for system and application owners to propose mitigation and remediation solutions to identified issues.

Requirements:

- 6+ year's experience.

- Experience with vulnerability analysis, assessments and remediation management.

- Strong understanding of end point enterprise technologies, architectures, operations and protocols, and willingness to learn new technologies.

- Experience in leveraging enterprise vulnerability management tools for vulnerability remediation.

- Experience working with vulnerability findings from vulnerability scanners.

- Understanding of industry standards such as CVE, CPE and CVSS.

- Ability to articulate vulnerabilities and remediation to varied audience.

- Strong experience with data analysis, automation and scripting.

- Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment.
