- Need to have people who are good at envisioning commercially viable products and solutions;
- People who can contribute from a individual contributor role in all the challenges in creating and commercializing envisioned solutions
What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:
Domain knowledge of at least 8-12 years
MBA is preferred
Specific competences ( Essential)
- Must understand Healthcare and LS industries well
- Must be able to analyse market trends, brainstorm with Subject Matter Experts/BD and derive insights to build commercially viable soltuions
- Drive to achieve results and ability to get things done
- Good communication skills, reasonable presentation skills
- Must be able to create go to market strategy and sales collaterals for soltuions
- Must be able to drive designated SME/team to create solution
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support in identifying and prioritizing solutions
- Support creating solutions individually or along with designated SMEs
- Work with multiple groups in ensuring planned deliverables in solution creation are met.
- Comprehend current market trends
- Analyze RFX trends to identify solution opportunity
- Create go to market strategy
- Create sales collaterals and supporting documents
- As need be move into Delivery roles
Knowledge, Experience, Education
Essential:
- Life Sciences & Healthcare Domain knwoledge
Desirable: MBA
