Genpact - Lead Solution/Technical Architect - Insurance Domain

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead development of several digital products and solutions in the Insurance domain. Will own the design and architecture of portfolio of products in Insurance domain. Ensure that the solutions are built in configurable and reusable manner

- Mentor the development teams and ensure the product/solution development adheres to best practices, the established architecture of the product.

- Lead the digital solutioning for different clients and RFPs, covering all aspects of Enterprise Architecture, technology, integration, security, applications etc.

Knowledge, Experience, Education

- BE/BTech with MBA preferred

- 15+ Years of IT experience, with roles of lead, tech architect and solutioning

- Experience in Solution Architecture, IT Architecture, Infra Sizing, Integration and BPM technologies

- Experience in BPM platforms like IBM BPM, middleware and ESB technology

- Enterprise Architecture certification - like TOGAF

Good to have:

- Product development experience

- Knowledge of Insurance products and integration with them (like duckcreek, Guidewire)

- Service Line leaders in Insurance domain

- Digital Leaders in SOE and consulting teams

- Sales and solution teams

- CXO level people on business and IT side

- IT leads and team members of clients

Qualification

- BE/BTech with MBA preferred

- Prior experience in architecting large scale solutions involving multiple applications and integration of various different systems

- BPM, middleware, Integration SOA experience Energy/Hunger for Growth

- Intellectual horsepower

- Global exposure

- Commercial Savvy

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level

- Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders

- Ability to lead & build strong teams

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

- BPM architecture and development experience

- SOA, Integration and Enterprise experience.
