- In this role, the individual would be a part of the BCM Digital team

Responsibilities :

- This role will be responsible for building and leading the digital roadmap, defining strategy, execution on multi-channel strategies to deliver an outstanding online experience

- Analyze current online marketing strategies and explore new opportunities and/or new strategies

- Provide analysis on case studies and problem statements provided by the client from time to time

- Should be able to use analytics to identify trends, correlations and do cause and effect analysis

- Maintain and innovate an optimization strategy thats passionate about growing the capacity of automated programming, creative testing, ad sequencing, and sophisticated targeting techniques

- Is very familiar with Data Capturing, Data Extraction & Data Manipulation, and Presentation

- Ability to look after key partners within the business

- Has knowledge in experience of Digital Media, People Management, Project Management, Business development and, Lean & Agile Management

- Maintain a relationship across teams and working closely with client and development teams and look after Account & Teams growth plans

- A versatile Manager who can adapt to constantly evolving business requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications :

- The role requires an expert People & Client Manager with shown business and digital Media background, who has a solid understanding of Digital Tools, Agile & Lean Management
