Focus of the Function:
This job includes, analysis & presentation of statistical data, analyzing monthly/weekly reports received from all verticals and raise flags, following up on action items, and preparing corporate pitches.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Role is for Centralized Reporting Process: Mix of reporting (standard + adhoc),
- Build P&L forecast,support Commercial P&L profitabilty
- Collect actual cost information monthly from Transition Managers, Finance, HR as applicable
- Provide monthly actual spend, cumulated spend and variance vs. budget reports.
- Identify variance by cost category.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives
- Analyze data and present it in a meaningful summary format to the BL.
- Analyze data to report trends and other observations esp. pertaining to the revenue, EBIT, cost, etc.
- Adhoc analysis would be largely deep dive analysis. Hence resource should be able to quickly understanding the business and process
- To create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings, supports fact based recommendations and provides appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions
- Resource should be able to work independently & directly with the US client without any "hand holding" and transfer Business Requirements into Data Requirements.
Knowledge, Experience, Education:
- Experience in working in a fast paced & tight timeline environment

- Very good command on MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Should be able to handle pressure & long work hours, if necessary.
- Understand confidentiality associated with an MD or atleast a Head of Function of a large organization
