We are looking for candidates to own the implementation end to end with a client covering business requirements, process changes drive complex/ multiparty and mulita level implementations
- Critical profile in terms of presence and maturity, since a lot of the role is also driving change leadership around ask/gives and change management processes and economic value realizations. Something similar to large ERP implementations
- Client facing (like a GOL for the duration of that implementation) and rotates through the large deployments (complex and large) should have strong presence and ability to say no to senior stakeholders
- Ability and ownership to build tailor made tech BPM solutions for F&A processes
- To be able to architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should have understanding of how process, technology and analytics can be leveraged to address client needs
- This position comes post sales strategic (they will have to understand this landscape) the job will be influencing what we need to do in long run strategically
- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the F&A spectrum to help them raise their performance to new heights.
- It's a F&A focussed role along with handling Multinational, multi geography
- Work with the Key Stake holders at the Prospect's end and advisors to the deals if any
