What is the focus of the function?
- Creating and implementing Training Strategy for Process/Domain and Behavioral training,
- Entire spectrum of knowledge management, knowledge transfer & skill development interventions
- Interact effectively with PO & BL, HR Leader to identify Business priority Training projects:
- Transitioning new accounts and setting up customized training function- from content creation to delivery model and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Gateway/Build - Responsible for front line talent acquisition program to create a pipeline of deployment ready resources while reducing hiring timelines and training cost.
- Domain and Industry Expertise
- Championing the Organizational Development initiative
- Preparing and Managing Training Budget

Specific Competence (Essential):
- Prior experience in training or exposure to High Tech Domain preferred
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Customer centric attitude
- Handling multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to adapt to a diverse portfolio and demonstrate sensitivity to issues on people, process and cultural fitment
- High maturity to deal with senior stakeholders and provide them constant guidance and support to improve on their behavioural skills specially client interactions skills, consulting skills
- Self-starter and passionate about people development and putting systems to support employees realize their potential
