We are looking for Human Resource post graduates/graduates with relevant consulting and solutioning experience with a sound knowledge of end to end Human resources domain and should have capability in working with ambiguity.
- In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a good great teammate.
- Prior HR Consulting and Solutioning experience in the BPO Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred.
- Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirement.
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaboratively Design, develop and deliver HR Services strategies for global clientele
- Co-create outstanding solutions by sharing outside in view across industries. Partner and provide efficient solutions/approach to clients for their short term and long term business goals
- Anticipates growing customer needs and expectations to continuously improve product development and service delivery
- Build an excellent understanding of the business and employee development needs across bands by demonstrating Design Thinking principles
- Collaborate with the Business, Verticals and other functions to validate content accessibility, relevance and applicability
- Collaborate with content providers, IT and team members to prepare relevant content
- Monitor and evaluate the uptake of content and its value generation across the various work streams
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate/PG
- Relevant experience in solution architect/consulting role
- Certified HR Practitioner with specialization in minimum two areas in Hire to Retire cycle
- Minimum two quality certifications from the following (LEAN, Six Sigma or Design Thinking Practitioner)
- HR-ERP exposure: Must have
- GBS Industry exposure
Preferred Qualifications :
- Good Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & proficient knowledge of excel
- Passion and drive for automation and process improvements
- Highly collaborative & yet self-sufficient
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills with proven ability to partner closely with finance team to drive ongoing improvements
- Project Management/Execution Expertise
- Ability to multitask in an ambiguous environment
- Influencing skills, Creative thinking/innovative mind-set
