Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the Process consisting of Record - To - Report and Procure to Pay functions
- Reviewing work done by team for the customer
- Ensuring team adheres to the close deliverables as agreed in Close calendar every month
- Ensuring all Service levels are met as per agreed Operation definitions with the customer
- Strong customer's centric focus relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, proactive and can do attitude a must; should exude passion and intense curiosity for accurate, value adds analysis.
- Ensuring people practices in place are adhered to - having regular quarterly 1-0-1, ensuring performance development plan, career and succession planning is in place for the entire team
- Identifying and driving continuous process improvements across the processes thereby driving customer value/Business Impact
Requirements
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum years post qualifying experience with at least 3-5 years in BPO
Soft Skills
- Demonstrable experience of managing clients
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to influence C level clients
- Managing team size of of 45+
