Genpact - AVP - Business Intelligence Data Services

Mandatory Requirements :

- Minimum 15+ years experience w.r.t Pre Sales, Consulting, Implementation of large scale Enterprise BI Solutions. Should have led multiple engagements in BI space in terms of Delivery, Solutioning and Architecture etc.

- Must have lot of experience in writing proposals, coming up with solutions to address customers business needs, contribute/provide direction to the teams to create high-level / low-level BI architectures

- Should be technically sound with good knowledge on solution architecting (both ETL and OLAP).

- Should have good exposure to BI tools and should preferably have hands-on on some of the tools like Informatica / Data Stage / OWB, BO / Cognos / Microstrategy/ OBIEE. Expertize on Emerging Technologies like Big Data, Internet of Things will be a plus

- Ability to interact with, present ideas and convince CXO community

- Should have excellent client interaction and presentation skills

- Industry exposure : Good experience and exposure in some of the verticals like BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hi Tech, CPG etc

- Should be well versed with BI/DW Implementation Methodologies, Processes, Quality Framework, Metrics, Estimations

- Excellent English communication both written and verbal

- Excellent thought leadership is required

- Should be extremely good at internal and external stakeholder management

- Should be willing to Travel to build relationships, generate new leads/oppties and convert the oppties to actual engagements
