Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Talent Supply Chain
In this role, you'll be responsible to meet the resourcing needs for the portfolio spread across globe. We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate and can work closely with multiple teams & stakeholders to help us to make better decisions about all aspects of resourcing strategy with the goal of enabling Talent refresh.
Responsibilities:
- Scope - Manage day-to-day demand and supply for few accounts in the region/vertical
- Ensure System Accuracy in terms of data (Demand, Supply, Bench etc.) and progress tracking
- Plan and implement sourcing strategy basis staffing requirements
- Source resources to engagements align with their skills, professional goals, and/or preferences
- Utilize all available tools to identify candidates and develop creative staffing solutions for open resource requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key practice and industry leaders, and leverage these relationships to maximize deployment opportunities for assigned population
- Influence FLMs to accept an alternate staffing outcomes by articulating the value and long-term or "big picture" benefits.
- Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally.
- Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area.
- Work closely with Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader for the functional area and drive execution of solution implementation roadmap
- Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions.
- Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area
