Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Growth PODs
In this role, you will help frontline to improve their time in front of the clients and to make that time impactful. The role acts as a single point of contact to the Lead Client Partners and their teams for all their sales needs in the areas of sales planning and operations, implementing the go-to-market strategy and for business analytics and reporting.
Minimum qualifications
- MBA or equivalent from premium institute
- Shown experience in sales strategy/planning/operations with pre-sales-related experience working with global clients
- Excellent MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Word
- Strategic bent of mind with influencing and negotiation skills
- Result oriented
- Positive relationship building skills and customer-service orientation
- Proactive and Self-starter with inclination/drive towards sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multi geography environment
- Experience working in Cloud GTM, Strategy & Planning.
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of sales tools like SFDC, Power BI or equivalent
- Ability to drive business priorities pervasively in all sales teams and geographies
