We are looking for MBB with hands on experience in performing/mentoring at least 7-8 high value MBB/black belt projects in past two years. Should have exposure/led/been active participant in SEPG activities or for CMMI Level 5/ISO 20k in last years. The focus of the role will be togenerate internal business impact with delivery teams by using continuous improvement techniques (like lean six sigma, DFSS, Innovation) and industry standards (like CMMI, ISO, Agile, ITIL).
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead, own and drive high client and internal business impact projects.
- Identify, design, execute, and deliver on operational and transformation agenda for clients and Genpact leadership 3. Demonstrate technical expertise in deploying six sigma practices
- Lead and manage industry benchmarks like ISO, CMMI, Agile, ITIL
- Perform trainings, coaching and mentoring
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Drive NPS analysis and help in identifying improvement actions to improve NPS score
- Manage and mentor quality consultants
- Improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Act as an Subject Matter Expert on lean six sigma and process improvement
-Make presentations and regular connect with senior leadership of client and within Genpact .
Key Competencies :
- ATM/ FAR/Participated in CMMI L5 v1.3 Dev/Services in at least one cycle
- MBB Trained/certified with implementation experience.
- Atleast 5-6 high impact BB or MBB Projects implemented with demonstrated Business Impact and delivered productivity gains/cost savings in the last two years.
- Mentoring experience of at least 5-6 BB Projects in last 2 years.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001/ 9001, ISO 20k /ITIL standards and implementation.
- Certified Internal Auditor/Practicing for ISO 9001, ISO 20k, ISO 27k
- Conducted trainings on LSS/Project Management/Standards Exposure to Minitab/Sigma XL/Crystal Ball/Excel tool pack or similar tools for analytics Leadership and team management
- Strong Client facing/consulting experience
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Confident and passionate on quality aspects
- Analytical bent of mind with logical approach to solutions
- Self-Starter with ability to function lead with less mentoring
