Genpact - AM/Manager - Sales Support - Research/Business Analysis

Location : Bangalore

Shift time : 10 AM – 7 PM

Designation: Manager/ Assistant Manager

Education UG : BE/BTech

Education PG : MBA from Top B-Schools

Job Responsibility:

- Analyzing key trends in the industry and different markets we sell

- Monitoring key demand triggers which would necessitate proactive sales action

- Tracking competition

- Partnering with BDs and Relationship Managers to develop account plans and penetration strategy

- Provide sales support to BDs for enabling conversations with clients and prospects

- Developing leads through nurturing by closely working with marketing

- Reporting and measuring performance

Work experience background required:

- Should have between 4-7 years of experience in consulting/business analysis/research with leading IT services organizations

- Very strong secondary research skills - industry and company specific research including company,
competitor, customer and financial analysis, SWOT analysis etc.

- Experience/ knowledge of the Capital Markets industry is a MUST

- Good knowledge of IT services and Process Outsourcing

- Some experience in sales support is preferred
