Genpact - Advanced Analytics Role

Position Responsibilities:

- Role involves working under dynamic, challenging conditions demanding multi-tasking. Also involves working with multiple points of contact and stakeholders, other analysts on the team and guiding them with the usage of right kind of technique/tool/process, as required.

- Should have worked on Stats Modeling, SAS / Python and /or Spark R + CPG / Pharma Domain exp is advantage

- Operations Role: Responsible for end to end advance analytical project management starting from data collection to final insights creation

- Responsible for leveraging big data and analyzing it using Hadoop/Hive.

- Most short-term work is related to the maintenance and support analytic process, including answering business questions from internal clients about theoretical concepts and software functionalities, adding custom functionalities as demanded by clients, and to accommodate the various data sources.

- Long-term work involves enhancing efficiency and making improvements to existing process, tools, suggesting/developing new statistical programs, and implementing new methodologies to reflect start-of-the-art research in academic journals or trade publications.

- Manage day-to-day delivery independently and in collaboration with clients on a variety of projects by obtaining project specifications, required clarifications, and eventually presenting results/findings to the clients.

- Ability to think critically to address and solve client's business questions.

- Being creative in identifying new techniques and processes to streamline and increase efficiency and effectiveness of current work-streams is a plus.

- Strong project management skills and high levels of attention to detail
