CoFounder & CTO - AI/ML Venture (Equity Only Role / No Compensation)

Role Overview:

As we pioneer the fusion of GIS and AI/ML in a unique space, we are seeking a visionary individual to join us as a CTO-CoFounder. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological direction of the company, leading the development of innovative products, and collaborating closely with the Founder to bring our vision to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the technical vision and roadmap for our tech product.

2. Team Leadership: Lead a high-caliber technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

3. Product Development: Drive the development of our AI, ML, and analytics-driven product, ensuring it meets the highest quality and performance standards. Deliver the product MVP in the short term and design the tech plan for the long term.

4. Technology Stack: Choose and manage the appropriate technology stack for our platform, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

5. Machine Learning and AI: Lead the implementation of machine learning algorithms and AI models for the product.

6. Product Innovation: Continuously explore and leverage emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the Founders to align technical strategies with business goals and user needs.

8. Fundraising: Participate in fundraising efforts and engage with investors to secure funding for technical development and growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of qualifications).

- Expertise in AI, ML, and data analytics.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Track record of successfully developing and launching data-intensive products.

- Visionary mindset with the ability to bring ideas from concept to fruition.

- Prior experience in the renewables or agriculture sector is a plus

Compensation:
