Generative AI Consultant - BFSI/NBFC Sector - MBB Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

Our client, a global consulting firm, is engaged in a major digital transformation project for a leading bank in India.

To support this initiative, they are looking for a Generative AI Technology Consultant. The consultant will play a vital role in optimising processes, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring regulatory compliance through innovative GenAI applications. This role is crucial in driving the bank's digital transformation and enhancing its operational efficiency through advanced AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advisory on the design and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions tailored for the banking sector, including best practices for implementation and integration

- Implement and refine AI/ML models to optimise processes in the bank, with a focus on fraud detection and risk management

- Provide comprehensive guidance on the GenAI tech stack, including types of Large Language Models (LLMs), the necessary setup of infrastructure and tools required for successful deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of GenAI technologies into the banks operations by reviewing vendor integrations, cloud architecture, pre-processing, prompt engineering, fine tuning

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI to recommend innovative solutions for the bank's digital transformation

Your Background:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years specifically in Generative AI technologies

- Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) and the ability to provide advisory on design and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions

- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

- Experience in data preparation, modeling, and refining AI/ML models and familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and GenAI tech stack

Experience in the banking or financial services industry

This is a contractual position, initially set for a 6-month term, with the possibility of extension. The project is based in Delhi, and the selected consultant will be required to be onsite for the entire project duration.
