Managerial Responsibilities
- Coordinate and contribute to joint decision-making with other department heads to achieve organizational goals
- Communicate the decisions to the subordinate teams and drive these within the function.
- Provide On the Job training to team members basis training & developmental needs
- Setting the Goals for the Team and help them to achieve the Goals by Mentoring and coaching.
- Providing guidance and support to the team
Functional Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible to monitor competitive activities and devise effective strategies for business growth
- To lead and drive the teams to achieve sales target & revenues
- Make Sales Plans and Demand forecasts across categories & geographies and monitor the achievement of the same against the annual business plans.
- Analyze the sales performance periodically and provide inputs to achieve them.
- Monitor various trade strategies vis-a-vis budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of the same
- Improve Distribution network
- Work closely with the team for new product introductions & improving the marketing mix of current products - (product quality, price, placements)
- Driving standard sales practices and ensuring hygiene in the areas of collections, market working etc.
