Network with Key decision makers, customers, to meet and assess their requirements
Suggest and give adequate solutions to build a business for GMIL
Sales Management :
Implement, monitor and ensure achievements of budgeted sales numbers
Suggest and implement sales promotion and marketing initiatives
Ensure 100% of customer requirement are dispatched and invoiced.
New Business Development :
Collect information on potential customers
Shortlist target customers
Present information on products possibilities using GMI core competencies
Suggest and implement sales initiatives to achieve sales target
Distribution- Ensure that an effective distribution set up is in place to tap all the Key Accounts, all India basis.
Visibility - Ensuring that our products are visible in all the Modern Format Outlets that we service and comply with the visibility norms.
Volumes - Ensure that all volume targets that are assigned are achieved.
Forecast accuracy - Responsible for proper SKU wise forecast for the assigned state.
Ensure implementation of Field Activities like Sales Promotions, Launches, Trade Promotions, Brand Building Activities, Visibility drives.
Ensure that all S & D objectives are met within the budgeted DSM, Van and TP spends through prudent deployment and regular monitoring.
