Location : Mumbai HO ( General Mills India – Food Business)
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for the Organization
- Align with the external vendor for running the monthly payroll cycle and ensuring Salary credits to all employees on time
- Process Full and Final Settlements for exited employees
- Support C&B Manager with maintaining Employee records on SAP as well as on excel
- Responsible with maintaining and updating all employee records on soft copy as well as on employee personal files
- Responsible for correspondence with Insurance provider and assistance to employees on Medical Insurance
- Support C&B Manager on all activities with respect to Total Rewards
- Assist in employee onboarding
Candidate Requirements :
- Fulltime MBA in HR from a Tier I/ II MBA School
- Experience in HR of 1 – 2 years
- Comfort and experience of working on MS Excel; Willingness to do number crunching and work in the
- Compensation and Benefits domain
- Prior experience on Payroll will be an added advantage but not critical
- An aspiring professional, high achievement orientation, maturity based on a strong value system
