- Technically, this team has experts in data management, data analysis, advanced analytics and research methods and tools. These teams work on initiatives that are critical to understand consumers, understand business performance and helps business see the opportunities and unmet consumer needs.

- Some of the areas of expertise for us include qualitative and quantitative research, primary research, retail measurement science, social media listening. We have Data Science and Advanced Analytics as well!

Lead projects and few (1-2) smaller engagements and be accountable for all reporting and analytics project on it

Evaluate multiple data sources (POS data, Panel Data, Consumption Data) and synthesize this data to draw detailed analysis and insights. Provide the  story not just the data

Shift: 11 am - 8 pm

90% of Time Operational Responsibilities : 

- Lead projects and few (1-2) smaller engagements and be accountable for all reporting and analytics project on it

- Evaluate multiple data sources (POS data, Panel Data, Consumption Data, Shopper level, Retailer level data) and synthesize this data to draw detailed analysis and insights using syndicated tools

- Develop relationship with Omnichannel stakeholders by partnering them on their business queries and building trust in the process.

- Provide Shopper Insights to Retailer Account Teams for their business planning with key retailer accounts

- Deliver bigger and complex projects under supervision of team leader/ manager within agreed timelines and as per highest quality standards

- Work on Business Issue related projects and tasks related to data mining, data synthesizing and presenting of data through charts / graphs

- Create, maintain and update of recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports for the businesses that one supports. Ensure quality & timely delivery of all Reporting needs

- Project and engagement feedback process

- Adhere to all the processes around timesheet filling, HR processes, meetings, etc.

- Complete and Leverage IDP for self-development

- Identify and undergo self-learning modules

- Participate in project related trainings

- Make presentations on the right forum

Education : 

Minimum Degree Requirements: Masters

Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters

Preferred Major Area of Study: Marketing / Market Research

Required Professional Certifications: Master In Business Administration

Experience:

Minimum years of related experience required:3 years

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed:

- Strong technical knowledge of Syndicated research (Point of Sale / Panel data). Expert in using one POS tool (Nielsen Nitro, Answers, IRI, etc.)

- Exceptional analytical, organizational/prioritization and communications skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to manage multiple clients and businesses together

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Problem solving skill
