Asst. Manager/ Manager HR
Responsible for:
Talent Management
- Assist in implementation of the Talent Management process for the Organization;
- Anchor rollout, training and implementation of Individual Development Plans for Employees and assist in overall Development planning
- Assist in implementation of Development program for High Potential employees
HR Business Partner
- As Business partner for specific functions within the Org, responsible for establishing one to one connect with employees, be the single and first point of HR contact for them, ensure alignment of employee interests and Org business needs and partner with employees at all stages of their lifecycle within the Org
HR Operations:
- Work closely with the HR C&B team and anchor specific HR Operations like Employee database maintenance and updation, employee exit processing and Full and Final Settlement, managing benefits administration
What we will look for:
1. Fulltime MBA in HR from a Tier I/ II MBA School
2. Experience in HR of 4 – 6 years
3. Comfort and willingness to do number crunching will be an added advantage
4. An aspiring professional, high achievement orientation, maturity based on a strong value system
