Key Accountabilities:-

Business and Revenue

A. Responsible for developing overall marketing & communication strategy and identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them

B. Driving the revenue of the organization from B2C and Corporate, TPA & Insurance

C. Prepare the centre level profitability plan, monitor and drive improvement

D. Liaising with the Projects team on new site identification, selection and execution of new projects/centres

E. Developing creative and media strategy for both ATL (TV, Print & Digital) and BTL Marketing, go-to-market planning and consumer engagement

F. Help in developing trade marketing plans with sales (retail promotion & activation).

G. Understanding consumers, their attitudes & behaviour in general and to the brand and the category.

H. Business Strategies to deliver on Market Share, Volume & Gross Margin targets.

I. Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability

J. Monitoring and analysing market trends

K. Studying competitors' products and services

L. Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets

M. Managing the production of promotional material

N. Liaising with other internal departments such as sales, centre and Lab operation

Business Operations

1. Driving centre level P&L to achieve profitability benchmarks focus on cost control across heads at the centre level

2. Responsible for centre operations to deliver customer delight and service

3. Ensuring operations as per defined protocols and processes - Centre Audit

4. Ensuring that all infrastructure, medical equipment and other services are working in order and maintained for continuous patient service

5. Liaising with HR/ recruitment team to recruit/ retain manpower (consultants and technicians, executives) identifying new talent recruitment and retention methods

6. Implementation of effective and efficient operating processes across centres owned and franchisee

7. Ensuring project execution, staffing and operationalization of new centres as per standard protocols
