- Sales experience in national and global markets.

- Business acumen in servicing national / global clients.

- Experience in selling desktop applications, web applications, enterprise products, software applications / solutions, Mobile Apps, cloud based solutions.

- Strategic Thinker with thought Leadership.

- Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise.

- Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.

- Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.

- Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.

- Over 20 years of experience in managing P&L.

- Strong and in-depth selling experience and connects in India, US, UK, Europe, ME and APAC.

Minimum Requirement

- 20+ years in Software solutions, services and products selling experience in banking segment.

- 12+ years of sales in National / Global markets.

- Indepth experience in selling to banking industries in the Global Market.

- Experience in dealing with CXOs of banks.

Must to Have

- Partnership Development

- Experience in Banking, Financial, Security and Insurance (BFSI) Domains

- Sales experience in India and Global

- Heading a Practice and P&L responsibilities - 100+ team members

- Sold & Managed multi-million deals

- Experience in selling Software Products, Software Services and Managed Services

- Annual Targets of INR 20+ Cr.
