General Manager/VP - eCommerce Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

The VP of eCommerce Operations develops sound, well-thought-through strategies that will meet the company's objective to provide an unparalleled delivery experience for our customers

Sets up detailed processes for every aspect of service delivery and customer experience - including order processing, packaging, delivery, returns, and any other customer needs.

Builds a robust organization staffed with committed, intelligent, and honest professionals

Engineers and oversees logistics and fulfillment operations to improve overall productivity, efficiency and cost structure.

Identifies new trends, operational solutions and value-add processes that create competitive advantages for the company.

Develops and executes against a long-term, sustainable infrastructure plan to support the growth and strategic initiatives of the company.

Implements and maintains best practices, including technology advances, policies and procedures.

Develops and manages the company's fulfillment operations budget.
