General Manager (Head of Visual Merchandise for Retail) @ a D2C eCommerce Brand
- Fashion Communications Graduate from NIFT or Tier1 International fashion institutes.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising. Knowledge about materials and decor elements.
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and execute Store's window & counter displays, in store elements.
- Execute in-store and facade decor for any customer events, festivals, key sales events.
- Work with Projects team on the layout, designing new display fixtures and various components of the store.
Job Expectation :- Develop new concepts to highlight product stories and key message for our retail stores.
- Collaborate closely with the product design, merchandising, marketing, and agency teams to effectively delivery and consistent yet creatively fresh styling references for the brand.
- Research and source new materials and cost effective materials.
- Conceptualize and execute theme/occasion-based store decor.
- Work closely with the category management team to help deliver best results on business requirements and also to provide potential inputs to the category team.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely execution of visual elements.
- Drive the regional visual merchandisers to execute VM at stores.
