Job Description - Looking to hire for GM/VP-Talent Acquisition for managing BPO pan India hiring and S/he will also be responsible for process improvement, strategic inputs, recruitment budgeting, stakeholder management, and adherence of compliance of various recruitment systems and tools.

Description :
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets
- Builds and develops cost effective channel for hiring PAN India
- Ability to deliver high volume (1500 + ) month on month PAN India and have a flexible approach
- Manage campaigns effectively and ensuring that the numbers of candidates being assessed reflects business requirements and that suitably qualified candidates are delivered on time.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points, push corrective actions to improve our organization
- Conducts in-depth interviews, coordinates with line interviewers on schedule of candidate interviews
Profile :
- At least 12+ years of experience with 8 + years of experience in people management
- Must have handled large teams in BPO industry & mass hiring
- Graduate / Post Graduate from reputed institute
