- Deliver Growth Profitability & Margin via pricing & product management
- Conduct Cost Analysis, Price positioning & Price list preparation of all offers.
- Price management and Responsibility of Cost control and Margin
- Design quotation tool/software for quick & accurate offer to customers.
- Product Portfolio Management to achieve profitable sales.
- Conduct feasibility study, techno-commercial assessment of third party sourcing and its qualification
- Manage complete life cycle of the products. NPI, Launch, removal of product
- Design Marketing strategies, awareness events/seminars, road shows.
- Launch of new offers, promotions & campaigns through Field Marketing team.
- Prepare business cases and coordinate with LOB to bridge the gaps.
- Conduct market assessment (SWOT), competition intelligence and publish Annual Marketing report.
- Responsible for preparation of folders/packs for prescription, proximity, partners, contractors & EUs
- Drive key global and local initiatives with sales and end customer including trainings.
- Creating training modules to equip sales fight competition, Training & Competency development of internal Sales support staff,Proximity & Partner.
- Demand Generation - Create prescription tools to generate a preference for SEI products to realize higher sales and profitability.
- Work with sales team in setting up strategies and action plan for the region and segment
- Drive key global and local initiative with sales and end customer including trainings and Promotions at end customer
