Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an extremely seasoned business development leader who can join our client, a leading and exceptionally fast growing Renewable Energy Firm headquartered in Delhi.
- The incumbent will be required to plan, strategize and execute key initiatives while working very closely with the MD & Executive Director to drive their growth strategy.
- The role involves a great deal of influence and involvement in shaping the direction of their growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies using market knowledge and competitive understanding & play a pivotal role in execution of these strategies on ground.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and potential clients, to foster collaboration and support business initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, leveraging insights to inform business decisions.
- Mentor and lead the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Desired Profile :
- 14+ years of experience in business development, sales & strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
- In-depth understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
