Hiring General Manager-Treasury & Fund Raising (NBFC Exp. Required)
Key responsibilities :
- Strengthen / scaling up relationships with existing lenders
- Leading structured finance fund raise (Securitisation / Direct Assignment) transactions. He/she will lead the entire end-to-end process - starting from lead generation, due diligence, structuring of the deal, execution & managing post transaction compliances
- Build relationship with new / proposed lenders. Onboarding new funding products / lenders.
- Create, monitor, and manage all documentation and presentation materials required for debt capital
- Lead due diligence exercise for transactions. This would need coordination with various internal teams as well
- Consistently organize and prioritize various projects to deliver a high-quality work-product on time
- Successfully develop and maintain tracking tools and presentation templates
- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy
- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with respective stakeholder
- Handling end to end rating agency process
Job Requirements :- CA/MBA from Tier-1 institute
- 7 years+ of relevant work experience, preferably in NBFC Treasury
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations
- Strong project-management and organizational skills
